I placed my first order (that came with a discount) and from then on, I was kept up to speed with the delivery. My friend had had a nasty fall in her garden and she was absolutely thrilled with the flowers that arrived promptly (we even knew the courier's name on the order). She sent me a photo and I must say, these flowers were one of the nicest bunches I have ever seen. The quality was amazing too. I like that they are an ethical company and trees are planted for every order as well. When I emailed to say how brilliant they were, naturally I had a prompt reply :) I'll be ordering flowers from them again
