Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Several issues with my hoodie.
1. Images are misleading. They show very clearly heavy cotton hoodies but are printed polyester. Shame on me for not catching this before ordering.
2. It was printed poorly. There was excess black ink smeared all over the white section including a rather large dot. Plus loose strings.
3. The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. When I emailed to get a refund or exchange they refused stating that this was custom ordered despite this being a standard design on their site and the printing errors considered acceptable.
4. And that's without mentioning the shipping. This only shipped when I emailed them after it sat in a staged status for 2 weeks.
Clearly nothing about this site is on the level. AVOID.
I had a negative experience with a poor-quality item that arrived damaged, and now the company has stopped responding to my messages. I requested a refund instead of a replacement, but their 10-day return window is closing fast. I reached out on the day I received the item and provided all the necessary details, but it's been over four days without any reply.
