I maintained the machine as instructed. When I called for service, I was informed that not only was the belt damaged, but the entire platform needed replacement, costing me $200 just for the diagnosis. Now, they quoted $480 for parts and additional labor costs. My previous, less expensive treadmill lasted longer with fewer issues.

I own a set of adjustable dumbbells that were recalled due to safety concerns. Despite their current selling price, the company is only offering a small credit for replacement. This is unacceptable, especially given the nature of the recall. I have attempted to contact upper management with no response. Numerous complaints online highlight this practice. I will not purchase from this company again.
