I called on Thursday about a specific 26-ft used truck and submitted my info online. Within an hour, Dominic called me back. I explained exactly what I was looking for, and instead of just selling me anything, he educated me on the different styles, suggested a better-looking truck at a better price, and truly listened to my needs.
He found me the perfect truck in Charlotteand then drove an hour and a half just to make sure everything went smoothly.
Today is Monday, and I’m officially the owner of my new truck.
