Poor customer service. The meat is of very low quality. Filled with additives like water, corn fiber and vanilla powder. Refund policy instructing customers to sample every single product. The food is nasty. Don't get it.

NOT acceptable

The variety & quality of meats are great - no complaints. I've had 4 orders and every time there's been issues with the selections or something. It's their subscription offers that lure you into join (20% or more off) and then they send orders without notifying you BEFORE they're processed. Or, how about this -- send the notification at midnight and tell you you're too late to cancel in the morning! Such BS!!!! I cancelled all future business with this company.

Not Happy.

I was looking forward to the beef that we ordered. Both packages were way too spicy. Today we tried the Sunday Roast. My first bite was fat and the second was gristle. We only ate only half of the meat and thru the rest out. I still have chicken and pork to try. I hope they will be better.

The steaks were 1/3rd grizzle. and all of the products were over-seasoned. Very salty.

Don't buy from True Nature Meats, shoddy quality control, customer service

They shipped me expired products and would not give me a full refund. Only one of 4 items even had a use by date printed on the package. The responses I got were all about me not having alerted them soon enough or implying that I consumed the products and wanted them for free.My "beef" with them is that they shipped me unsafe products, ignored my safety concerns, and hid behind acting like it was I who did something wrong. They shipped me something dated several weeks after the use by date I so wanted to like this company but all I can say is to avoid them. They don't stand by their products.I'm out $58 and they ruined their reputation for providing a good product.Instead of apologizing and sending me a full refund, they go long on avoiding responsibility for lousy quality control and poor customer service.

Terrible, non existent customer service!

We ordered four packages of brisket and the box was delivered with ONE package of brisket inside the box (warm). We contacted the company and were required to send them a full report of exactly what happened in great detail they also wanted photos of the brisket, the box, the packing slip, and the delivery label. It's been a week and we haven't heard a word from the company, absolutely zero response
