I purchased the Hover PRO and used it fewer than five times before it suddenly stopped working, without any collisions or misuse. The issue was diagnosed as a hardware fault (sensor failure), and I was asked to send the device back for repair.
Unfortunately, the repair timeline meant it could not be fixed in time for my once-in-a-lifetime trip (my honeymoon), so I lost the opportunity to capture the footage I had planned. This resulted in a waste of both time and money.
Customer support refused to offer any compensation or refund and only provided a free repair, which is merely the basic obligation under warranty. Overall, the reliability and after-sales support were deeply disappointing.
I am a fan of HOVERAir technology, but my recent purchasing experience has been deeply frustrating due to misleading information and poor service.
I placed an order for what was explicitly advertised on their mobile store as the "Beacon & JoySticks" bundle for €149.00. The product image clearly showed both items together. However, I only received the Beacon unit. When I contacted support, they claimed the price was only for the standalone accessory, despite their own website's labeling.
They offered 2 Business Day shipping as this was a Valentine’s Day gift, yet the package arrived late.
After acknowledging the confusing web layout, the only "goodwill gesture" offered was a €20 discount, which still forces me to pay much more than the original advertised price to complete the set.
It is disappointing that a brand that gifts full equipment to influencers puts its paying customers through such an ordeal due to its own technical errors. I am keeping the Beacon because the tech is good, but I feel misled as a consumer.
Double-check their SKUs, as the titles and images on the website might not reflect what you actually get.

I encountered an issue with the battery, and the team was incredibly responsive, offering a quick solution and a seamless replacement process. Additionally, I must praise the quality of the drone. I received my drone yesterday from the Black Friday pre-sale. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that it comes without a charger hub. The package only included the drone, the battery already inserted, and a USB cable, but no hub to charge the drone. The worst part is that it doesn't mention on the website that a battery charging case or hub is needed. It misleadingly suggests that it can be charged with the provided USB cable. Now, I have to pay an additional fee for the hub. The Black Friday sale advertised a discount, but they simply removed the hub from the packaging and listed it separately. This means you end up paying the full price. It's frustrating that the company doesn't even include a minimal charge to test the camera or pair it upon unboxing. So, if you're considering a purchase, be aware of the extra costs for the charging case or hub.
The drone is a good little gadget for parties, camping, or just hanging out with friends. My previous review was two stars, mostly due to my frustration waiting for a response from the company. They do eventually get back to you, and I received my drone, which I'm now thoroughly enjoying. Patience is key with this company, as they do follow through on their customer service.
