If it was possible to put zero stars I would. They no longer sell the item I ordered so they just charged me anyway and sent me a completely different item. I tried to get a refund and authorization to return and they offered me a 10% refund! What the heck? They sent me something I didn't order and charged ME to keep it? Crooks! They won't pay to take it back. Anyone know if there's a way to report this kind of theft?
The company promotes 24/7 responses via text or email. I reached out through both channels and only received a reply the following day. My inquiry was regarding the quantity per bottle. I was informed that there are 30 capsules per bottle, sufficient for a month, but their website indicates a dosage of 2 per day. This raises concerns about the company's reliability.
Firstly, there is no way to get in touch with this vendor through phone or email since the information given is ineffective! Additionally, they have processed an unauthorized payment to my account that I did not consent to! I am extremely frustrated; this service feels like a scam!
