The response time from customer should be noted. They havent only been prompt but helpful as well. Almost of all of the flavors are great to me. The consistency is palatable and each flavor is fresh and natural. I just wish that there were some promotions for existing customers as there are for new patrons.
Ordered 10/29 (also ordered another unrelated product the same day from Georgia). Recieved that package on 11/4 usong usps ground. The seamoss shows as coming from Sugarland, tx... literally 10minutes from my home. I still have not recieved the seamoss. further, ups tracming shows they haven't even recieved the item.
