Something is off

Ive been trying to cancel my auto-ship and no one seems to respond the last time I tried to cancel I was told I dont have active subscription 3 jars later Im still being charged and shipped. This is after my first initial order that I paid priority shipping for and didn't get for 3 weeks during that time I was also given the run around, for all that trouble I was given the magical fix of a order or free gummies which ..... also never came so my experience with this company is not very good Im currently waiting for a respond email I sent 4 days ago to cancel my autoship
