Improper Installation Issues

We contracted the service to replace all of our windows. Two years later, leaks began to appear. After multiple messages, I was informed that there was no warranty. The representative was rude about the delays in communication. I requested to speak to a manager and eventually reached several individuals who suddenly found our warranty. Appointments were scheduled but then canceled last minute. When the team finally arrived, they discovered the windows were improperly installed and had the wrong color trim. The job took an additional day. Despite promises to address the issues, I have received no follow-up since February. We wanted to support this company, but after poor service and continuous problems, I will not be recommending them.
