I found the assessment to be easy to take and the full Enneagram report helped me discuss insights with a small group. Insightful! Looking forward to learning more about myself through my understanding of my Enneagram number.
it does not take into account the persons age and if looking for a part time job due to retirement age. I am 74 and just been laid off after 12 years with the company. I have to work part time to supplement my SSI . Not looking for a career but overqualified for most jobs and they don't hire part time in my field.
Although I was quite surprised by some of he careers chosen for me because of my responses, I was delighted to see that one of my main functions was listed along with some areas I had considered but not thought I would be suited for. This is a great tool for those just starting out with a career, or for those who are looking for a second or third career. And I enjoyed reading the explanations for the positions that showed up for me. It gave me deeper insight on what the positions called for. Excellent platform! I am glad that this is available and I will be sharing this platform to some colleagues and friends who are looking for career guidance. Thanks.
My initial doubts quickly disappeared once I received my results. I anticipated a quiz typical of a magazine, but it went beyond that. Not only did it help me identify facets of my personality, but it also provided practical steps for improvement.
