My parcel was returned with the reason that I rejected the parcel, which was not true, the AI bot makes promises resolving issues but it's just a companion system that is meant to make you feel good, it can check statuses but it also makes claims resolving issues which it doesn't, feels cheap
I have utilized this service for food deliveries on numerous occasions. The tracking for delivery times is excellent and user-friendly. Additionally, you can specify detailed delivery instructions, such as leaving the package with a neighbor or advising the courier on how to approach your home (for instance, avoiding the doorbell). All in all, it's a highly satisfactory delivery service.
I only received part of my order, with just one package delivered. There was no information provided regarding the other items. The package was left at my doorstep, and by the time I reached the door, the delivery person was already leaving. This is unprofessional behavior. I am left wondering what happened to the missing package—was it lost or stolen?
My package, which included food items, arrived 6 days late. Despite informing the service that I wouldn't accept a late delivery, they made 3 delivery attempts. I was informed that returns are not accepted, indicating a disregard for consumer rights. Additionally, reaching customer support was nearly impossible.

They promised it would come the next day, but nothing happened. I've been waiting for my delivery for four days now... utterly unprofessional!
Three deliveries in a row where the service failed to ring the doorbell. The contents are always fresh food or frozen meat, but they just leave them on the street. When I reached out, they refused to look into it. This was my last order with this service.
