Review Time
There seems to be a discrepancy... I left a 1-star review on the company's website after receiving a shirt that didn't match my order and lacked the quality and size of items I used to buy from a well-known sporting goods store. I noticed primarily 5-star ratings on their site and questioned how my experience could be so different from those reviews. Here, I find mostly negative feedback, which raises doubts about the legitimacy of the reviews on the company's site.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order for 3 long sleeve shirts for the holiday season. They use a specific carrier for shipping, and their tracking indicated the package was delivered. It likely went to the wrong address. They keep advising me to check the tracking and my mailbox, and to keep calling them back. Great product, AWFUL customer service. Listen to other reviewers. Order from another source rather than the company's website. They need to refund me so I can buy replacements, or send me the replacements without a refund. I ordered early as gifts, but by the time they process a refund, the correct sizes will be gone. They should consider using a more reliable carrier for delivery. If they want to save on shipping, they should be ready to reprocess orders when items go missing so customers receive what they paid for! Because of this, my experience has been quite frustrating!
Quality of T-shirts has declined... I ordered the ladies long sleeve "crusher t-shirt" in a medium size, but it seemed to fit a middle schooler. The site claims it's a women's size 8-10; it felt more like a child's 8-10. The shirt was absurdly small, with tight sleeves and a flimsy material. Very disappointing purchase. Additionally, they are charging me for returns despite the misleading product description.
I don't mind paying a premium for quality, but my experience with this company has soured. I've bought many T-shirts directly from them in the past, but the quality has declined recently. Two items I ordered started fading after the first wash, and now the prints are almost unreadable. I reached out to the company, but they refused to address the issue. I won't be recommending them or making additional purchases.
This shirt, along with many others I've purchased, is excellent! I've bought numerous T-shirts and hoodies over the past few years for myself and as gifts. They've never disappointed! The selection and quality of delivery are always top-notch! I will admit, as a Canadian, this is my one indulgence... I can't give up on this brand! Wearing these shirts with positive messages is a great way to uplift my spirits and hopefully spread some joy.
These shirts are somewhat pricey, but if you want the graphics to last more than a year, look elsewhere. My favorite shirt, just over a year old, has peeling graphics, and the company informed me that they can't assist. I've been a loyal customer for years, but not anymore.
