Review Time
So I made a purchase more than 3 weeks ago. I’ve already made a review, it finally came and it came very quickly after their shipment came in, but I’m missing my 3ml bac water and my almost $40 prep pads and needles.
I haven’t tested my ghk yet because I can’t without the rest of my order but I’ll make another review on how the customer service goes and how they intend to fix this.
I placed an order with Trutide Supply on February 2nd and have still not received my package, despite the website advertising 2–3 business day express shipping.At this point, I’m quite concerned about the delay. I have not received any shipping updates or tracking information, and there has been no communication regarding my order.I urgently need this package and would appreciate clarity on when I can expect delivery, along with the tracking details. A prompt response would be appreciated, as I’ve had no updates so far.

I’ve talked to customer support more than 10 times and they’ve brought he around in circles, telling me that they were waiting for incoming shipments, then when they told me it got there I waited 2 days, talked to them again after getting no updates, and they said they were waiting on more shipment again.
I don’t know if anything will come at all, I’ve been in contact twice since then and they haven’t gotten back to me.
If my order ever comes I’ll update here but right now my honest opinion is just buy from somewhere else if you want reliability and not to get scammed.
Trutide if you are reading this please improve and communicate better, let people know it’ll take longer than 2-3 days and answer your emails..

Shipping took 4 weeks to arrive after I was told 2-3 days. The 2 Reta vials I got costs me $360 + the extra stuff I had to get for it is way overpriced for these 10mg vials. I started with 1mg and went up to 4mg a week and didn't feel any difference. No wonder the certificate of analysis' are from 2024. These are not pure peptides, extremely disappointed. Ripped off
tried with another company and didn't feel ant sort of effects, saw this guy on tiktok his stuff came within 3 days. i bought retta and within 24 hours i could retta taking on its full effect and my appetite had already started to suppress. best quality peptides out!!!
