I used to order from Vlook and didn't have any issues. I placed my very last and final order with them and paid through Klarna. Vlook sent me a bogus delivery confirmation and I had not recieved my glasses. Tried reaching out, they kept giving me the run around on email telling me to contact the FAKE courier they used. What I wasn't doing was wasting my time playing cat and mouse. Send my glasses or refund my money! When I saw it was going to be an ongoing issue, I stopped payment through Klarna, and told them I have not received my glasses and all the email correspondence between Vlook and I. I trusted them because I was a repeat customer. However, the minute they thought they were going to take my money and I not receive my product...VLOOK had the wrong person to play with. Klarna refunded me and stopped the rest of the payments that were suppose to be recurring. Do not trust this company! Its like they will hook you in and then drop the ball. Bad business! Once you do me wrong and I'm a repeat customer, you will lose me as a customer. So future customers, proceed with caution. They do not have a customer service phone number to be reached either. Red flag.

Had an issue with my glasses due to a manufacturing defect, so I messaged support. Literally within 24 hours, they sorted it out and shipped a brand-new pair. Rare to see customer service this fast.

They will not honor warranty

I put my glasses on and was watching TV, they split without me touching them and fell off my face. I asked that they be fixed, and they charged me for new frames and told me to do it myself. Put the lenses in, and they broke. Now they refuse to do anything. Do not use.

Never Ordering Glasses From Anywhere Else

I’ve ordered from VLook 3 times so far.Great looking frames, surprisingly quick turn around time. I’ve waited months from other sites, not Vlook. Had an issue with old shipping address, sent a message at a late hour, customer service responded first thing in the am and fixed the issue. 10/10 ordering again.

Fun to wear

I have ordered probably 6 pairs of glasses mostly because there are so many cute ones. As far a quality yes they're good my only complaint is that they are a little hard to clean clearly and the do scratch kinda easy. I've been wearing glasses my whole life so I'm very familiar with glasses. All in all good purchase if you like to change up.

Disappointed

I ordered 2pairs of glasses. One of the glasses were not prescribed correctly. I requested a refund or to return them. They wouldn’t even discuss a return. I sent them pictures of the glasses, but they wanted more! I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to request a return. I like the one pair, but can’t use the other. I will stick with Zenni!!!!!! 20250523

Correct glasses have been mailed out, great customer service

I have bought glasses from this company for 4 years with no problems until last month, I received my glasses I’m unable to see for reading or distance, I had my optometrist verify the glasses were correct prescription they are not, the company is in the process of making new glasses

This company is not a good company

This company is not a good company. I ordered a buy one get one they sent me the frames when I wore them they didn't look right or feel right so I went back into my optician and he retested my eyes he also had me give him the glasses that Vlook sent me have the lenses tested and the prescription was absolutely not the prescription that I had ordered to be put in the frames. I contacted them and they corresponded with me back and forth but it was the runaround I sent them pictures of the correct prescription I sent them photos of what printed out on the machine that tested the lenses. I sent them new frames with the correct prescription and they said there was a difference between the cost I said I would pay that they said it was sent to PayPal I went into PayPal there were four different transactions and I explained to them I was only paying the $21 one but I could not connect my PayPal account to my bank account so I wrote them back they told me I could place an order on their website contact them immediately they would cancel the order but use the $21 that I paid towards the difference of the frames and the glasses that they were supposed to make and send to me. This has been going on since the first part of June and now they're giving me the runaround again. I'm reporting you to the Better Business bureau to the Federal trade commission to online fraud this is ridiculous I've asked for phone numbers I've given my phone number I've asked to have someone call me You don't even have a legit phone number to call it's a scam give
