Living proof has the worst customer service. They had a Labor Day promotion stating that if you spent $70 you would get three free travel size products. I selected the products and placed my order. After receiving my order the three travel size products were not included. I contacted customer service and they said that the minimum spend was $75 and I had only spent $74. I've sent them several screenshots from their own promotion which states the minimum spend is $70, not $75. No response I will dispute this with my credit card. I refuse to pay for return shipping for their mistake in their unwillingness to correct it
Unfortunately I believed all the positive reviews and invested over $100 and a lot of hope in these products, which do absolutely nothing. If anything, my hair is falling out even faster. They have no refund policy like a lot of other hair loss companies so literally just take your money. It’s awful to have people taking your hard-earned cash and offering false hope to desperate women who will do anything to get our hair back. Shame on them.
I love their shampoo, but their customer service is nonexistent. My 3rd order from them never arrived. I have attempted to contact their customer service several times with no response. Their product is way too expensive for a 1 in 3 chance for the package to not arrive amd be out $140.00. Was going to be a life long customer. Now not so much.
I went to return the merchandise I bought and they told me they would refund my money within 5 days and also to not send the product back but to pass it along to a person whom it might work for. This company evidently bends over backward to please the customer. I have other Living Proof products that I absolutely love and will continue to order from their company due to the wonderful PR in the company.
I am going to try their products one more time. Wasnt thrilled with the first products they recommened adter taking their online hair quiz. I recently placed another order which has not arrived yet. Went to track it and it says to contact company because they cant find it under the order number or tracking number that living proof emailed me. So i reached out to the company and their service is down..NOT HAPPY!
