I have reached out to the company multiple times to request a refund. Unfortunately, I received a counterfeit item from overseas that didn't function at all. The advertisements promised a hassle-free refund, even stating "you can keep the product if you're not satisfied." However, I was informed that I need to return it to the overseas location at a cost of nearly $100. I am seeking my full refund of $180, as guaranteed by the service. Like others, I've been offered partial refunds of 10%, 20%, and even 30%, but I insist on the complete amount of $180.
