This is my second experience contacting customer service. It takes several days for them to contact you back. I ordered a product express ship. I was sent the wrong item. I never received my original order and they never tried to get if for me. They just said " send back the wrong item and you can get a refund." I didn't want a refund, I wanted what I ordered. I will not be using them again.

I exercised my legal right of withdrawal within the EU 14-day cooling-off period via the official “Start Return” option. No confirmation. No return label. No response.

Emails were not monitored. The return flow provided no alternative contact channel. There was complete silence while statutory deadlines were running.

It took weeks and escalation across multiple platforms before anyone acknowledged my case. Only after public escalation did Specialized Support finally respond and process the return.

The issue was not the return itself — it was the unacceptable lack of communication. Customers should not have to escalate publicly to exercise a basic legal right.

This process needs serious improvement.

If I could give 0 stars I DEFINITELY would! Ordered the Jordan 5's for my husband for Valentine's day and even paid for expedited shipping. The package said it was delivered and no package. I contacted StockX to file a claim with them however they told me that I could not file a claim cause according to their investigation it showed the package was delivered. However I contacted UPS 2 times and both times UPS told me the package was delivered to the wrong address. But stockX insisted to me that they were told it was delivered to the correct address so I could not get a refund or get my merchandise. This company is NOT reputable and I do not recommend ordering anything from them. Go to any other sneaker site but this one!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the timeline of my recent order placed on 1st Feb. Although I received the DHL tracking number on 2nd Feb, it took an additional five days with no updates until I reached out to your platform.

I opted for the faster courier service to ensure I would receive my sneakers as quickly as possible, expecting delivery by 4th Feb. However, the revised delivery date is now 9th Feb. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I feel let down by the service.

Given these circumstances, I would appreciate a coupon or some form of compensation for the time lost due to this delay.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
