I almost blame myself for falling for this as well on December 6th, 2025. My experience mirrors that of the other reviewers: I paid $0.99 for a test, then found an additional $39.99 charged on the 9th. Luckily, I noticed after trying to log in to the website. I discovered I had unknowingly subscribed to a service I did not approve. I have contacted both my bank and the service for a refund and will update my review accordingly.
I was caught in a hidden subscription after paying £1 for a mental health report, and then £30 was taken from my account without my explicit consent, just like many other users have reported. This is a predatory practice against those seeking mental health support. I’ve been trying to reach them since the charge on December 8th, but have received no meaningful response. I strongly advise others to avoid this service and report any unexpected charges to their bank immediately.
Although I never received the promised score from the test and was concerned after reading negative reviews, I reached out for help. The representative was very supportive and managed to cancel my membership and process a refund. Their quick responses and excellent customer service left me satisfied.
