I opened your IQ test and was charged a minimal amount for your services so that I could get my result. I did not agree to any hidden subscription. Why are you charging my credit card with excessive, recurring charges. Please rectify that. I will not pay your platform for fraudulent fees that I have not agreed to.

I paid $0.50 for a simple test and one month later I discovered that $39.99 had been charged from my account by Tryinnerly without my clear consent.
I never agreed to any subscription and I never knowingly signed up for any recurring payment. This kind of practice is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. Charging people almost $40 after a $0.50 test without clearly informing them about a subscription is not acceptable.
I have contacted the company and requested a full refund. If the charge is not refunded immediately, I will escalate the issue through my bank and report the practice.
A rip off. Took money from my card for a subscription i did not want. Be very careful before providing your card details to this service.

I took a trial IQ test for $1.99. Nowhere did I see any mention of a recurring monthly charge! Lo and behold I find $39.99 on my monthly Chase Visa statement! Live and learn. And I’m having a heck of a time finding a way to cancel!

Great customer service despite initial charge issues

I chose to take an IQ test and was charged twice for $0.50, which I agreed to. A few days later, I saw an unauthorized pending charge of $39.99. I quickly canceled the nonexistent subscription, and the pending charge was removed soon after. So, one star for the charge related to the nonexistent subscription, but five stars for the excellent customer service.

Beware of Unauthorized Charges

If you pay a small fee for the IQ test and opt out of additional services, expect to see a charge of $39.99 (monthly?) for their 'AI advice'. This feels like a scam. Monitor your payment accounts for unexpected charges that you didn't authorize.

Avoid this at all costs; it's a deceptive scheme.

I strongly advise against this; the company employs fraudulent tactics. They entice you with curiosity and then ensnare you into taking a test. Subsequently, they charge you twice and enroll you without your knowledge. Stay cautious!!!

I regret falling for this deceptive offer

Like many others, I was misled into paying 50 cents for a report, which secretly enrolled me in a 24-hour trial that led to a $39.99 subscription charge. The product is not worth it at all. This company is highly unethical, and I believe karma will catch up with them.

CAUTION

CAUTION I almost feel like I should blame myself for purchasing this on December 6th, 2025. My experience mirrors that of many others: I paid $0.99 for a test, only to see my credit card charged an additional $39.99 a few days later. Luckily, I don't check my credit card balance daily, but I realized something was off when I tried to access the platform. It turns out I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription I never agreed to. I've reached out to both my bank and the service for a refund and will update my review based on the outcome.

Warning: Scam Alert

This is clearly a scam, just like many other customers who were lured in for $1. They even split the payment into two $0.50 charges, which then allows them to take nearly $40 for a subscription you never agreed to or were informed about. This operation needs to be shut down and prosecuted.
