Review Time
I ordered almost a month ago. 1 to 3 day processing time on her website but still have not recieved order. I have emailed, contatcted thru the website and on Facebook but still has not returned my call. or address (IF that is her real address) is less than an hour from me. No phone number and charged me over $100 to ship. This is the 2nd time ordering from this company and I will never order from them again. They have been too shady for my liking
I just recently ordered Frosted Pumpkin because the supplier that I had previously ordered from discontinued it and let me tell you it is the bomb. Then I order Caramel Corn Fragrance Oil which I have been searching for that strong throw for 4 years now and again let me tell you this FO is the bomb. I am loving the 2 oils I ordered. They are top quality and I am very picky. If it doesn't work for me my I will not put it out for my customers to purchase.
I absolutely love their scents! They have a great variety to choose from. I recently ordered Fall scents such as their baked apple pie, sweater weather type and frosted pumpkin. I also ordered two perfume types Pink Sugar and Love Spell and those were dead on! I e-mailed before ordering the first time to ask a question and the gal gave me a coupon to use. It was only for 5% off but i did appreciate any money saved.
Beware of a business that does not provide their telephone number to allow you to contact them. We have been in business since 2018 and have never had issues with our recipes until we used woodland elves oil - which we did only upon request from one of our clients. Think twice about purchasing from this person. We asked them why this issue occured with their product and this was the reply: "Thanks for your message. We do not disclose ingredients or formulas." We don't want their recipe, just direction on what may have gone wrong. Our guess is that they put vanilla in this horrible product. This should be disclosed because there are work arounds for using certain types of vanillas. We do not recommend buying from them, we will not buy from them again. Don't waste your money; many pounds of soap has been ruined and the deadline due for the product has been delayed.
Omg these oils are nasty the watermelon taffy smell like nail polish remover and most lost there scent less than 6 months these are so nasty and salt water taffy smell like a nasty chemical smell and al the others ones hv no scent that why there prices are so cheap because there nasty and oil down I'm so disgusted
