Later, when I inquired about the car, I was informed it had been filled with the wrong fuel and was no longer available. I thought it was reasonable to ask for my deposit back, and I was assured it would be refunded without issue. However, I didn't receive it until I opened a fraud case with my bank, who understood the situation and helped me recover the funds. Overall, I'm very disappointed and consider this a lesson learned about dealing with this service.
