You find a parking, pay properly, park a trailer properly and think everything will be good, right? Wrong! When you come back you will find out that your trailer has been towed away, only because the stupid property Manager was not able to identify the booking for your trailer. And, Truck Parking Club does not seem to be willing to take responsibility. They don't even seem to be willing to acknowladge that it is their problem. You are on your own.
I parked my car in a designated lot without realizing I needed to provide my vehicle information on the platform. I received a notification that my car was at risk of being towed since it appeared out of place. After responding to the message, I received a call back from an incredible driver! She has retired after years in the industry. Her customer service was outstanding! She shared additional insights about the service, revealing there’s much more to it than I had known! Arrived at the parking lot at 7:30, and all the spots mentioned in the text for TPC were occupied, either by regular cars, a goose neck, or someone who parked a trailer awkwardly, taking up two spaces. The contact number on the sign was not functional. I emailed the 24/7 contact, and after about 30-40 minutes, I was contacted by a representative who clarified everything. They provided me with another list of numbers, but one of them was not in service. I would have rated this a 5-star experience solely based on customer service, but I’m giving it a 4 due to management not addressing the issue of people taking up multiple spots with one trailer. Excellent work from the representative, turning a potential 1-star review into a 4. Very helpful.
I appreciate having access to this truck parking service when finding parking becomes a challenge. The staff are genuinely friendly and willing to assist with booking dates, which is a great help. I just wish there were more locations available. This service is particularly convenient for my trips to the Northwest to see family. You all are doing an excellent job—keep it up!
