The product was great - as expected.
Delivery was a nightmare. No advance notice was given, so I could not be home. I told the driver where he could leave it. Instead of leaving the package where instructed, the delivery partner driver broke down my back garden gate (which was locked from the inside) - leaving me a broken gate and escaped dog. Very stressful. One month later, nothing has been done by treasure box or their delivery partner to repair my broken gate.
Overall it was a good experience. There were some minor thing that needs to be improved - some parts of a furniture didnt fit properly, so we had to adjust it ourselves. It will be perfect if you checked it again to ensure all components and instructions match. Other than that all is well - great variety of affordable furniture. Delivered with great care.
My experience was brilliant at the Silverdale store except for the stairs, I have a disability and I can't use stairs very well. The staff was great and service was brilliant.
The price for the gazebo was quite reasonable, which I appreciated. However, the process of picking it up was frustrating. I had to go upstairs in the industrial building and experienced a lengthy wait before being served. After finally receiving my order printout, I was directed across the showroom and downstairs to speak with someone at a desk, who then told me to head to the distribution area. There were no signs indicating where to drive my car to collect the order, leading to an additional 5-minute wait. Overall, while the product remains unopened as it's a Christmas present, the logistics at the business location were quite cumbersome.
I truly value the incredibly fast delivery in December (just 3 working days) for my holiday items. The communication was superb, with email updates throughout! I highly recommend this service, although I won't be credited for the new mattress toppers since they'll be a surprise gift!
