Far better than Twitter

Tumblr support is by far the worst user…

Tumblr support is by far the worst user support I have ever experienced. I'm pretty sure they don't even have actual people working there, just bots, but replies still take about a week. And they don't answer any questions you actually ask them, you just get copy paste replies that only vaguely pertain to your problem. Should be absolutely ashamed of calling this "service".

Tumblr support is by far the worst user support I have ever experienced. I'm pretty sure they don't even have actual people working there, just bots, but replies still take about a week. I have been emailing this company for a refund or to receive my order products.

I have been emailing this company for months now. First, I do not receive my order products. Then, I receive a plastic green soup spoon, not what I ordered. I once again email them. The want me to return it. Ok, why should I return it at my expense? Not my mistake. I say as much and ask where my products are, or my money bcc returned. Well, today, they have blocked my email address! Some way to do business! Definitely a scam!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They send you either the wrong product or they won't send you anything at all. They don't do refunds. IF YOU SEND THE PACKAGE BACK, YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY OR THE PRODUCT AGAIN! I filled a report with the federal trade commission and advise you do the same. DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! They show pictures of one thing and send you something completely different and not what you ordered. Or they just won't send the product. Do not allow them to steal from you.
