Terrible place to transfer music

Tried to transfer my apple music to Amazon music said transfer complete so I went to amazon music nothing there contacted support after 10 days said takes time waited a week nothing there still tried few more times still nothing. I wouldn't even bother with tune my music support is terrible finally went to Soundiiz got my stuff transfered fast to my amazon music
