Awful experience

The lady at the desk told me that the size of a car was not avail at the moment and I needed to wait or pay more for the bigger size. I am not sure if it is my problem that there were not available cars. I had booked an available car and have to spend time to wait or even more so pay more. Company is Thrifty

4-dr vs 2-dr

I didn’t hit the book now button and still got charged. The car picture showed a 4-dr Jetta and the description says 2-dr. I want to cancel because I don’t want a 2-dr.

I am the driver. Joan, not my spouse Alf. Much diff trying to cancel application.

I am the driver, Joan, not!!! my husband Alf. I hope the confirmation is changed soon. I do not want any hassle when getting my rental car. My husband is not going on this trip.I don't know how you got my husband's name when I was the one who made the application & my email has my name.Update, much diff. cancelling. Eventually I am supposed to get a refund in 21 days. Wish me luck.
