I couldn’t thankStirchley co-op funeral home enough, they made a very difficult time just that bit easier. Everyone was just brilliant. I would like to say a very special thank you to Paula, who not only helped with everything but was an emotional support for me and my family.
I wasn't pleased that that you were going to ring me when the ashes were being scattered or asked if I wanted to attend So, that is the reason I only gave 3 stars. I think they were major issues. Obviously those issues can't be rectified. I just don't know how it could go so wrong 😑 Would like you to investigate these issues and let me know the outcome Regards Mary Felton
Carol was the epitome of professionalism from start to finish. Her whole team were sympathetic but professional and steered us through the whole process even with late changes to the plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a funeral director.
Kindness and compassion were shown throughout the process and all involved ensured our wishes were understood and met. A small issue arose with a third party provider and this was addressed and rectified immediately
All the staff at the Funeral Home were friendly, empathetic and so very helpful. Easily contactable and very understanding. We experienced many and numerous delays getting mum laid to rest solely due to errors on cause of death by GP which required correcting and delays with Derby Medical Examiners Office missing the GP's report which had induced a world of additional stress on my sister and myself. Mums' funeral was subsequently delayed by 9 weeks. Without Jo and Louise we were helpless... these ladies pushed and chased with us and were a lifeline for us. We really cannot thank them enough. Big shout out to Louise who swapped her day off to accompany us for the funeral to control the music for us after we found out our Reverend expected my sister or myself to download and play the tunes at the right time... an impossible task for us. Honestly, we could not have coped without their support and understanding. THANKYOU.
