This company is marketing and importing fake perfumes! i was brought a bottle of Lancome Tresor perfume for my birthday and immediately upon opening recognised this was fake. The product lid didn't fit and the smell is awful. I knew straight away that there was a problem even before asking my husband where was purchased from. This was with absolutely no doubt a fake product and smells nothing like the authentic, going as far as smells awful! having googled i can see that others have also reported this company to be importing fakes. i shall be reporting to trading standards and Lancome company, let's hope they request the bottle for testing!!Unfortunately the company are continuing to provide a standard response which is completely unsubstantiated. They will be unable to prove the claims below as the genuine brand maker Lancôme have confirmed that the company is not a genuine authorised stockist of the perfume. Do not be taken in by fake reviews or their response to state they have supplied evidence to customs as this will absolutely not be the case give. They are not an approved supplier and will be unable to evidence the supply chain.I have requested formal evidence of the claims supplied in the response to my review, but unsurprisingly they have been unable to support these claims as the products are clearly fake. Stating evidence has been supplied to ‘relevant authorities’ is not evidence of the authenticity of the product supplied.

My purchase was not a high value item, 3x shower gels not available in the UK. There was a delay due to a customs issue but the company called and emailed to let me know and it was resolved pretty quickly. Products well packaged with bubble wrap and plans so no leaks or breakages.
