False Accusation

I am being falsely accused of plagiarism based on a turnitin percentage by a professor who hasn’t even opened my submitted assignment and will not give me access to the turnitin report. I know from previous assignments that turnitin even flags proper citations. Your garbage software plus professors who do not understand how turnitin works (or doesn’t work) could ruin people’s lives.

Terrible Software

Use this through my University and it is by far the worst checking software I have ever seen. Counts citations as plagiarism and constantly picks up on things that don't ever pertain to the subject I am writing about. It will knit-pick words to make it seem stolen when the article it is claiming the work is from is on a completely different subject. It will take two words skip five to six, pick up on another three and claim it is plagiarized. Fix your garbage software.

DO NOT USE A SERVICE WHICH CANNOT RESOLVE ISSUES

I have used Turnitin as offered by my University for many years. Usually, I don't have an issue, but this last year not only was Turnitin not producing reports, but their service is SHOCKING!. I spent weeks trying to resolve the issue which was extremely stressful, considering I had a submission deadline for a thesis.AFTER I had submitted the thesis AND after having to use another similarity checker, did I receive an email from GRACE at Turnitin with an unacceptable, and clearly not investigated response, as well as informing me the reason I didn't receive my report was I was no longer enrolled, which I am? Turnitin support services are terrible and can not resolve issues. A very disappointed customer.

Not that much good, Not recommended

Not that much good, It even marks a reference quote also as a plagiarism.They shall update their tool as per 2023 requirements.It's 2025 earlier i left as a student, now leaving review as an instructor, this tool still sucks, you can easily bypass it, come on guys do some research and improve this lazy tool!

Awful support

Nowhere on this site does it tell you how long you have to wait for your paper to be graded. I raised the question with support and they haven't bothered to get back to me.
