Very disappointing experience.

I was charged for a full annual subscription instead of one month. I contacted support within 3 minutes — literally three minutes — asking them to switch the plan from yearly to monthly.

Despite providing all requested information, I have not received a single response for 20 days. No confirmation, no update, no explanation — just complete silence.

Charging customers and then ignoring support requests is not acceptable. Please be extremely careful and double-check the subscription terms before making any payment.

Frustration with the Service Grows with Use

The more I engage with the service, the clearer it becomes how inadequate it is. It has led to some of the most frustrating experiences I've encountered. A major issue is its complete unresponsiveness to the prompts I provide. I can attempt to change the "style" for a song, yet it continues to revert to the previous "style". It seems the developers lack an understanding of what a song should truly sound like. The phrasing and rhythm of any song it generates are far from what a "real" musician would create. I've squandered countless hours trying to extract a decent song from the service. I've reached my limit; life is too precious to spend more time on it. A refund and an apology should be extended to all users who have given it a try.

Almost three weeks have passed, and I have received no response or resolution. The total absence of communication regarding this billing issue is unacceptable. Clear communication about auto-renewals and prompt support are crucial for paid services, and my experience lacked both. I highly recommend others to thoroughly check their auto-renewal settings and not depend on customer support for resolving billing matters.
