I recently completed the Emergency First Aid at Work training course, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The session was clear, engaging, and highly practical. The trainer explained each topic in an easy-to-understand manner, incorporating real-life examples with hands-on practice. I felt much more prepared to manage emergencies calmly and effectively. The course covered everything from CPR and recovery positions to managing bleeding, burns, and other workplace incidents, each skill thoroughly demonstrated with practice opportunities. The trainer fostered a supportive environment where questions were welcomed, and no one felt rushed. Their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made a potentially intimidating subject accessible and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their first aid skills or meet workplace training requirements. A truly valuable experience.
I was initially concerned about how engaging a 3-hour online fire marshal training session would be, but it exceeded my expectations. The trainer was very engaging and provided interesting insights about fire prevention while addressing all our questions. The breaks were appropriately timed and of the right duration. It was a very enjoyable and beneficial training session.
I just wanted to share some really positive feedback following the first aid course our team attended yesterday.Lucy was absolutely brilliant. The session was genuinely informative, and she delivered everything at a pace that kept everyone comfortable and involved. It was clear from the start that she really knows her subject — she explained things in a way that made even the more technical parts feel straightforward and practical. It was also great to see a woman leading the training, especially with a group of construction workers who can sometimes be a tough crowd. Lucy handled the room with confidence, patience, and a really natural style that kept everyone engaged. Even the team members who don’t usually speak up were participating, which says a lot about her approach. The group came away feeling more confident, better prepared, and genuinely positive about the experience. Several people have already commented on how much they enjoyed the session and how valuable they found it.Please pass on our thanks to Lucy — she made a real impact, and we truly appreciate the quality of the training provided 😊
The trainer was clear in their delivery and open to questions. I appreciated the use of PowerPoint, which included factual information as well as real-life examples from the trainer's experiences. Additionally, it was helpful to receive notes afterward. A potential enhancement could be a short quiz to assess our understanding.
We had our first aid training at our offices on 07/01/2026, run by Lucy, and it was honestly a really solid session. She kept things moving at a good pace and made the whole thing feel relaxed rather than the usual “death by PowerPoint” you sometimes get with training.I actually picked up a few new things I didn’t know before, and the way everything was explained made it easy to understand and remember. It was informative without ever feeling boring, which is all you can really ask for.Overall, a good experience and definitely worthwhile.

The course was well structured and easy to follow, and the support from my assessor was excellent throughout.Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and I felt supported at every stage of the qualification. The flexibility of the course made it easy to balance my studies alongside work, which was a big plus.I’d definitely recommend Tutorcare to anyone looking to complete an NVQ qualification. The guidance, communication, and overall support made the process straightforward and stress-free.
