Outstanding experience

Well satisfied with tutor care work ethics.

I'm quite elated to have completed my level 3 diploma with tutor care. They have a good work ethic, they did not put preasure, and they were able to identify my training needs Inaddition, tutor care have got good team members from tutor, assessor. They are always ready to provide support whenever the needs arise. Despite emanating from different backgrounds, I feel at home and well includedThank you tutor care thank you to my assessor @ louise Lewin.

Taken my money but no support

I paid almost a thousand pounds for a NVQ3 course. I haven't been able to do my observation due not getting an organization that allows this neither has the institution offered any support to get this done. Yet I have paid in full and no follow up to check what is going on. My assigned instructor named Megan did not even follow up support or reach out to find out how I am progressing. Zero support but can take my money. I will never ever recommend and will continue to give negative review at any given opportunity

WARNING

WARNING! Be very careful when dealing with this company. They will fleece you out of extra money on top of what is already a very expensive service. They are totally unwilling to help or compromise in any situation and instead choose to threaten and bully you until they get what they want. It is unfortunate that I have to give 1 star to leave a review, zero stars would be much more accurate.I would advise anyone to go with an alternative provider who will treat you with respect and knows what they're doing. Save yourself a lot of stress and money and avoid this company.
