Modibodi cannot get plus sizes right.
In the past they have run so small I can’t get them over my hips.
I recently lost some weight so thought I would try again. Got the Classic Full Brief in super.
They do fit over my hips but sadly they forgot we also have tummy’s and bums because once on they’re mid-rise at best.
Because of this and because the elastic in the waist is thin (cheap) they roll down in the night.
And to add insult, the gussets are not wide enough to prevent leaking which happened the first night I wore them.
So, second time I have paid good money for this brand and it will be the last.
Brilliant product, arrived quickly and excellent value. Things last so well. I’ve gone for swimwear this time and it’s just as brill as the other products. Would defo recommend.
I have ordered 4 pairs of ModiBodi period underwear’s over the past few months and everything appeared fine until this month. I noticed really horrible odour coming from these undies. Normally I wash them and everything’s fine but this time, there was a putrid rotten smell coming from the undies and it spread to all my other clothes. I have contacted the team about it and they are usually good at processing returns and answering my enquiries, but this time round i got a disappointing response. I explained how bad the smell was and that it was my first time smelling it since purchasing months ago, I also mentioned how the lining of the underwear could be deteriorating which is causing the bacteria to stay there and leave odours trapped inside. The person told me that smells are normal and basically told me to just shrug it off and accept it instead of giving me helpful advice or offering a replacement. Its far from normal having to literally take the underwear off because of how bad they stink and this is the first period that ive noticed horrid smells. This experience is nowhere near what I wanted or expected for “good quality” underwear,as they were expensive and shouldn’t be causing awful odours after only a few months of use. Will not be buying from them again and wouldnt recommend buying from them either.
First time purchase. The overall feel of the products I purchased is great. They're really soft and have done what they said on the tin in terms of absorbancy (light-moderate for me). My problem comes with the fit. They are quite wide in the 'padded' area, which has caused chaffing around my groin area... so after just a couple of days, they feel too uncomfortable to continue wearing.
By the looks of the website, it seems that returns/refunds appear to be a bit of a chore, which puts me off even trying, unfortunately 😮💨
I bought 5 different styles with different levels of absorbency in order to find new period pants. I'm absolutely thrilled with them. They are really comfy and I would say are cut true-to-size towards a little on the bigger size, which adds to the comfort. I bought the boy-shorts for nighttime and feel very secure in them on heavy days. Super high waist isn't my personal preference, and some styles are very high, so that's the only feature I'd change - it feels excessive when you're trying to wear subtle underwear. Overall, I would recommend Modibody!
Very comfortable. I have never leaked using modibody period underwear. My daughter also uses them. We have been using them for 5 years now and are always happy. My daughter love the new stretch boy shirts, but we also love the traditional cotton. I have tried 2 other brands but have always come back to modibody. I wash them in the washing machine and I also put them in the dryer (I know I shouldn’t but I am looking for an easy life). They have been great!!
Please do not buy from ModiBodi. I have had the worst experience with them. 5 week's for a order to be sent, lost in transit, magically found and then delivered and the parcel is open and missing 8 items. I get AI responses to my emails, I request for a human to contact me via phone and I get an email response. Do not give yourself the headache!!
