The bike came with an updated digital display and an old manual. Marisa went above and beyond to get me the updated user manual and the correct/ default parameter settings. Thanks for all the help. I'm sure the help she gave me would benefit everyone else who purchased the same bike.

I bought a model for my 12-year-old son, and it fits him perfectly. It performs impressively in sport mode! The suspension is fantastic, and it looks much cooler than the other e-bikes in our neighborhood. Now, all the kids want one! Additionally, the customer service was outstanding. We needed some parts, and they responded quickly and provided great assistance.
I had a wonderful experience with the customer service team. I contacted them via email to seek advice on a front fender I had recently ordered for my son, wanting to confirm if it was the right part for his bike model. Their reply was quick and reassuring, confirming that I had indeed chosen the correct part. They also took the extra step to inform me that the back fender for his bike is not interchangeable and must be model-specific to fit his e-bike. The representatives were very kind and knowledgeable, especially for a parent who, I must admit, is not well-versed in e-bikes.
