Appreciate them making things right! I know with dairy products from other countries it’s hard to control unexpected situations. I did end up getting my much needed butter but it was a week too late. I will continue ordering from them if they carry this product. As Le Beurre Bordier is the best butter on this planet. Even paying high premium price for delivery it makes morning toast and baking so much better!
