Twinkl offers an amazing amount of resources which I use to help support my Granddaughter's school education. There are a vast array of tools to help plan, design and support all aspects of teaching and child learning in all subjects. You can create your own learning materials and lesson planning resources, or, like me, you just have fun with your child using the resources. I am immensely grateful for all of the assistance and advice that I have received whenever I've been unsure or have needed help with any aspect of my membership subscriptions. Twinkl makes me feel that they really do care! I cannot recommend Twinkl enough! Thank you all at Twinkl.

Be very careful! After joining the free trial, I chose to cancel my membership long before it renewed, yet they signed me back up to their premium service and took the money out of my account without my permission. Very dishonest!
My experience with Twinkl is very positive, I have been using Twinkl for over a year to support my children's learning. I always find what I am looking for, there are so many resources for every topic and subject. The resources are excellent quality and the kids enjoy working on them. The customer service is really good, if you need anything they are always ready to help you.
The resources are well-matched to our needs as a tuition centre catering for the whole school age range, and keep up to date with the National Curriculum. Help requests are responded to quickly and courteously.
I accidentally signed up for an annual subscription instead of a monthly one. I reached out to the support team, and they promptly refunded the remaining time on my subscription without any hassle. As a student teacher, that mistake was costly, and I truly appreciate their responsive and friendly customer service. I will definitely consider using their services again when the time is right. The platform offers a wealth of valuable resources, and I have no issues in that regard. However, my main concern is the inability to cancel a subscription. Despite multiple attempts to cancel, my credit card has been charged $89.88 annually for the past two years without having an active account. Attempts to reach the support team via phone have been unsuccessful, and the promised callbacks have not occurred. The chat support is also unhelpful. So, while it provides excellent teaching materials, you might end up paying indefinitely. The bank advised me to obtain a new credit card number to stop the recurring charges.
