I bought a sample product and loved the product, the only problem was the t-shirt I'm designing it on and the t-shirt that they're selling online looked different and so when I received it, the print sizing wasn't right. The customer did get back to me real quick so the customer service was really good and the delivery is on point.
I ordered some samples from here, to sell on Etsy and they turned out well. I did have a problem with one - the feet falling off a chopping board, but contacted them and they said they could sent me more feet, but I opted for a refund instead, was very easy. Since then have had someone order two of the same chopping boards with no problems and very happy. Did contact them again to chase up an order around Christmas, didn’t reply on same day. Reply time is the only tiny negative I can find as other POD’s have a chat messaging service.But otherwise so far so good, customers happy, posting and packing good and eco friendly. So 5 stars.
