I needed a good skin colour spray paint. Found fat Buddha via a google search. Very happy with the quality of the paint and customer service. Ordered on the Tuesday afternoon and it was on my doorstep 400 miles away on Thursday lunchtime. I really like the complement slip and colour swatch attached to the parcel, but I won’t say why, as I don’t want to spoil the nice little surprise you get. You will have to order something yourself to find out why. This is my second purchase and won’t be my last. Definitely my go to place for quality spray paint. Definitely recommend.
I ordered a fleece on the 5th of December. The delivery driver took a photo of the area behind my building, which suggests the item was stolen since no further delivery attempts were made. I tried to reach out to the support team, but it was nearly impossible to get in touch. The representative I spoke with was condescending and unhelpful. I only received a refund on the 9th of January, but I really wanted the fleece, which was out of stock.
I placed an order during the Black Friday weekend and reached out for delivery updates on 8/12 since I hadn't received dispatch confirmation. I was informed they were unaware of the reason for the delay. Now it's the 14th, and still no communication. I called the store, but they couldn't assist and directed me to the warehouse, where no one answered. I left a voicemail but received no callback. I'm hoping to get a response by sharing this review. It's disappointing as I wanted to support a small business.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. I ordered a small item, and although I had a few delivery concerns, they were quick to respond and addressed my questions. I would definitely recommend shopping with them. The thoughtful addition of a little bag of sweets and a handwritten note made the package feel extra special. We truly need to support small businesses, and this one deserves it.
This company is truly frustrating. I placed an order for over £600, with their website claiming free next day delivery for orders over £150. Three days later, I had received nothing. It's nearly impossible to contact them; the phone number goes to voicemail, and the email confirmation states they won't respond due to being busy. I’ve tried reaching them through various platforms—nothing! I'm at my wits' end. It seems I’ll have to wait for the items to arrive and then deal with returns now that the event I wanted them for has passed. This was my first experience, and I’m certain it will be my last.

I was searching for a specific backpack and prefer to support independent shops. I found a seller who not only had the backpack but offered it at a fantastic price. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the item was exactly as described. I would certainly recommend them and will shop with them again.
