Review Time
It sounds like Two Pack Bag is onto a couple different scams. Some people stated that the bags were very flimsy. The ones I received appear to be sturdy, and they should be for the price (I ordered 2 PRO bags for $145.98) but have no way of trying them out because they didn't send the pumps! Every ad that I saw clearly stated "Free Electric Pump Included" and I have sent multiple emails back and forth to JASON and he said "their team reviewed my order and I didn't order any pumps". There was no place on the order form to add them and by their ads, the pumps were included, free of charge. It also lists Sheridan, WY as their address and said it ships quickly. It took over 2 weeks to receive them and by tracing the shipping, it clearly came from overseas (Yanwen Facility) and then spent 5 days on a boat. I have sent multiple emails and still don't have pumps and now won't have them in time for my trip. Definitely FALSE ADVERTISING on both counts. Not worth the hassles, STAY AWAY!
I ordered the bags they sent me one supposed to get 2 . Anyway tring to return this customer service representative JASON refused to send me the return label if u don't use there return label they refuse to give u a refund. This is a scam on Instagram 2PACKBAG! So I have been asked for a second review. I was informed it was 1 bag . When it was supposed to be 2 according to the offer. Second I tryed to return they said no according to the company its to expensive first they offered me 20% money return of 70$ then 35% then 60% .I said no they have refused my return . Why should I except a percentage when I want to return the product not worth 70$ better options on Amazon. Beware when purchasing on Instagram purchases are coming from China or Ireland ect. Not from USA retailers. It is a scam
These two 2PACKBAGs fit perfectly in either side of my hard carry-on suitcase. This is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to be able to pack into either half of the bag, zip it shut, then use the mini pump to suck out all the air. These bags are also waterproof, so if you are traveling overseas or worried about your bag sitting out in the rain, you know that your clothes will be dry and protected when you arrive at your destination.
First, they say that the item will be shipped from the USA. That is a lie I ordered on the 17th. It is now the 30th and I still have not received my package as it just passed clearance because it was sent internationally. Had I known that I would have never ordered the bag. Because now, it's probably not gonna be here before my trip. Also, it's said that shipping was gonna be 5 to 10 days in the US and that it takes about 3 days for the item to be shipped. The item didnt shipped until about 10 days later and when you try to reach somebody that customer service, they say the same message. Not even responding to what you wrote.
