Had an eftpos machine with them. Sold the business, took a well earned holiday, while away Tyro sent me an SMS to use for returning machine at the post office, however because I was overseas I did not receive it ( email would have been find). Returned the machine once I got back home, but Tyro are insisting on charging $483.02 for late machine return, tried to reason with them, got fobbed off escalated but no reply, instead they just engaged a debt collection agency. Telling everyone in my local business association about this experience.
