Initially Great, But Rusting Quickly

I was really pleased with my water bottle when it was given to me by my niece three weeks ago for Christmas. Unfortunately, it has already started to rust. I find that unacceptable for an item in the £20-30 range.

Regretting not checking the reviews first

I unfortunately didn’t check the reviews beforehand. The delivery was quick, which was a good sign. However, upon opening the parcel, I discovered that the box was damaged and open. The worst part was finding water inside the bottle, indicating it was likely a returned item. I've tried contacting them via social media, email, and their website, but have not received a response. This has left me quite frustrated. Be careful of what you see online!

Avoid purchasing unless you're okay with receiving a used item!

I wish I had checked the reviews first. My order arrived quickly, which was promising. However, when I opened the package, I found the box to be damaged and open. Placed an order and haven't heard back!

I placed an order and haven’t received any updates. I emailed customer service but received no response. I don't have the product or any tracking information, and I feel completely ignored. I have opened a case with PayPal for resolution.

The worst experience ever with this company

If I could give no stars, I would. I placed an order on December 16th, and it's now January 7th, with no sign of my item. I've sent multiple emails, but customer service has completely ignored me. After taking my money, I haven't heard anything. My bank is now trying to recover my funds. My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order on December 15th, but the item never arrived. I received no tracking information, and my emails have gone unanswered. This experience has been very disappointing, and I certainly won't recommend ordering directly from them.

Do not place an order; customer service ignores inquiries.

I ordered the wrong size and immediately requested to cancel or change it, but received no response. There’s no phone number to call, and customer service ignores emails. It's a terrible experience, especially since I'm ordering from abroad, making returns nearly impossible. I'm very dissatisfied.

A very frustrating experience overall

My experience with this service has been very frustrating. I ordered a product that was out of stock, and although I was informed, the alternative offered wasn't suitable, so I declined. They later informed me that the original product would be restocked within a month. However, a month has passed with no updates. I reached out multiple times via their website and email but received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable! Due to the poor service, I escalated the issue with PayPal, who refunded my full amount. I hope my experience warns potential buyers to avoid making purchases here.
