I'm a new business and Adam contacted me about a card system. Do you the nature of the business I did need one however with being so new I couldn't afford alot. I joined under a deal and Adam has been great. There's been a few hiccups but he kept me updated at all stages and sorted my concerns or issues promptly. I am yet to used the system as I need to set it up but as far as customer service I have no complaints!
I needed two card machines for my business after transitioning from a sole trader to a limited company. I worked with Adam Clayton over about three weeks while sorting out my new company details. Even with a few hurdles on my end, Adam was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout. He never used pushy sales tactics and took the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring I understood the process from start to finish.Adam’s knowledge and guidance were brilliant . He was always quick to respond to emails and calls, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’d looked at several providers and Adam offered the most competitive rates. Changing over was not as daunting as I expected. The terminals are fantastic – they set up in just five minutes, are user-friendly, and include many useful features. Adam even called me on the setup day to make sure everything was running smoothly .Overall, this has been a brilliant experience. I would highly recommend Adam Clayton to any business looking for card machines. His service is professional, friendly, reliable, and supportive. So far, everything’s been perfect!

Not exactly pleased, out of contract and looking to move merchant providers as Clover can't come close to the prices i've been quoted from another big provider, only to find that the terminal lease is a separate contract to the merchant service itself and in the words of the help desk it's just a £100+vat cancellation fee.. Bargain.. Oh well, that's Clover off my radar for good now. Shame really as I have no complaints about the service in the 32 months i've been with them.
Jonathan Pereira has been fantastic from the first enquiry to assisting after the product had arrived. He gave very detailed information and lots of support along the way. He matched our needs with the right device and package and we are really pleased with what we now have in place. Would definitely recommend to others.
Can recommend this company as they have great customer back up service, nothing is a problem if you have one ,as Danny Mistretta is always there to help out,nothings too much that he can't help out even with technical problems, also their office staff are reliable too. Highly recommend.
