Very Disappointed with Clover UK Application ProcessI applied for a Clover UK merchant account and spent over two months going back and forth with their team, supplying every document they requested. This included invoices, stock photos, advertising proofs, utility bills, ID, bank statements, and even Stripe account statements.Despite providing everything and putting in a lot of hard work, the underwriting/AML teams still declined my application. What’s frustrating is that requirements were not made clear from the start – every few weeks, new documents were requested, dragging out the process unnecessarily.As a genuine online business with proper UK registration, bank accounts, stock, and advertising, I expected a fair review. Instead, I was left disappointed, with time wasted and no clear resolution.If you are a small business owner looking to get onboard quickly, be prepared for a long, frustrating process with no guarantee of approval, even if you provide everything asked for.

Helpful, but only when he responds. Could take days and have made a few mistakes when helping setting up our business such as putting incorrect details which lead to no income coming into our accounts and took a while to solve them.
