Absolute nightmare. Ordered off Amazon and came completely dead, iv tried all the ‘technical advice’ and it won’t start because it’s a dead battery. Got through to the ‘east Asia’ call centre as I can’t access my Amazon account and they are Completely useless. The guy I spoke to sounded like sounded more dead than the battery. Now they are asking me to make videos of it plugged in charging etc when iv told them I don’t want a faulty battery in my house. Worst buying experience ever
I bought a 3000 v2,if i could I would give the unit 9stars now it's behaving itself, Im all electric and have 6stations this is the daddy.It sits in the kitchen alongside a smaller one and they run everything between them,kettle, coffee maker, 42ltr microwave, air fryer and a 2000w induction.The only bad thing about the whole deal was the fact that I had to keep the pallet The driver was very friendly and helpful but at the end of the day I'm 82 and quite severely disabled and it cost me to get rid of it
Terrible terrible customer service? Problem after problem with my jackery v 3000 also the solar panels are terrible I got 2 x 200 wats solar panels total 400 watts and I am very lucky to get in 100 watts? And they cost a fortune each to buy my true option stay well back because as soon as a problem comes customer service not got a clue
This was a bundle purchase including a free incar charger this has not arrived as of yet but still hoping delayed in post. The generator it’s self is very slow to charge from Dc if using a Jackery cable to a standard usb plug the maximum input was 11 watts but if using the Jackery 3 port fast charger it was capable of 100wats. Not charged with a solar panel yet or car charger. This is the 4th jackery unit iv bought in 2025 I do love Jackerys but this is a bit of a let down due to needing a fast charger.
