Free gift didn’t show on order confirmation

Free gift was showing on website but when I checkout the confirmation email wasn’t showing the free gift on my order. Think the website is a little pushy when comes to trying to complete your order keep offering you different deals.

Free gift confusion

When I was ordering there was a gift with purchase and was supposedly added to my cart at checkout.It appeared to be and I took a screenshot to confirm.Just had two email confirmations and when reviewing my order the free gift is not listed.Maybe it is coming- but the shipping order content should be accurate.If it’s not coming then I have the most annoying customer experience ahead of me. And don’t tell me you were out of stock. Not good enough.

Well first of all how can it be lux…

Well first of all how can it be lux skin uk? When infact it is in China. Second I paid priority shipping 2 to 3 days. It's 9 days now. They said it was in China still. The next day apparently it was in california, however about 4 hours later apparently it was still in China. Now apparently it is in London when infact I have spoken to the carrier and it is in Huyton. The said it was out for delivery 2 days ago when it is intact stuck in Huyton. They say that lux skin never gave them my address or paid delivery. Lux skin say they have. The carrier will not accept this they say they don't want to talk to me but to lux skin. Lux skin refuse to talk to the carrier or to refund me. As for free gift I can not say as I stated it hasn't been delivered.
