I have purchased other products from Lux skin and they’ve worked very well. However, the lux skin led mask I received had a faulty battery.The led mask never worked, I charged it and it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted the customer services and was asked for a video! I would have liked them to ask for a return or at least offer to send me another mask, yet it looks like they think it’s ok for a customer to purchase a faulty product and not have neither a replacement nor a refund.
The products don’t work and the customer service is appalling. I ordered a micro needling pen, a face massager and the laser hair remover. All of which just don’t work. I contacted them to inform them the laser wasn’t working and they told me to keep using it for another 2 weeks. I did that and then went back to them to say it was still not working and they replied saying I was now out of the returns window and can’t return anything. After multiple emails they have just ignored me. Now left with faulty products and no refund. Don’t waste your money or time
