Purchased the LED light mask and also the Peptide Infusion Serum
The LED mask is very uncomfortable, even wearing it loosely the rubber around the eyes and nose is hard, it hurts and leaves a mark on my nose every time, the serum does absolutely nothing (have been using since December to give it a chance so 3 months later and I wouldn’t recommend

However, this offer applied to a different product. The item I bought was the salmon DNA serum, which had a buy 3 get 2 free deal, leading to some confusion.

The products are excellent, and I appreciate the fantastic free gifts that come with each order. I just ordered the LED Facemask and can't wait to receive it and give it a try. I highly recommend this service.
The company addressed my earlier complaint, which I appreciated, but when I reached out via the provided email, I received no assistance. Now, I'm left with a flimsy product that clearly doesn't meet health standards. To make matters worse, I ordered an additional unit for my mother before the initial one even arrived, so I'm stuck with two subpar items. All I want is a refund and to cut ties with this company. My initial complaint seemed fair, but it's disappointing because the product had potential if not for the poor materials and lack of customer support. Very untrustworthy.

Excellent pricing and straightforward ordering process, though I missed adding the free gift. It would have been helpful to have a reminder pop-up before payment asking, 'Have you remembered to add your free gift?' I reached out via email, so I hope they include it. Aside from that, a positive experience.
