The customer support was excellent. I informed the support team that the original earpiece wasn’t making effective contact, which impacted my use of the device. They promptly sent me a prototype of a larger earpiece that fit perfectly. I tested it extensively, and the earpiece maintained excellent contact. The good news is that I only need water for the contact now, but I had purchased three bottles of gel that I won’t be using. Five stars for the customer service team, and the product is now a pleasure to use.

I suffer from vestibular migraines, experiencing 2 to 3 attacks weekly. After a brief period with another medication, I turned to vagus nerve stimulation and found this device to be the most effective in stimulating the vagus nerve in the outer ear. Initially, I ordered it with just a left ear stimulator, but upon notifying the service, they quickly sent me a complimentary right ear unit. Great customer service! After about two weeks of use, I’ve noticed improvements in the frequency and severity of my migraines, as well as reduced post-migraine malaise. The brain fog that followed the previous medication has also improved significantly. I incorporate meditation and relaxation techniques with it, and it helps me sleep as well as the previous device did, with a positive impact on my vestibular migraines.

However, I believe the clinical evidence is strong and understand that individual circumstances can affect outcomes. Despite this, I wholeheartedly recommend trying a no-risk trial with this device. It took a little practice to get used to the earpiece placement, but the unit is user-friendly, and the four settings allowed me to focus on specific areas. The accompanying booklet with breathing techniques is quite helpful. The unit is well-made, minimizing the risk of damage from accidental pulls on the lead. Most importantly, the support, including helpful online videos and direct email assistance, has been exceptional. My main contact was very invested in ensuring I had the best experience and was understanding when the trial didn’t yield significant results. It’s rare to receive such quality support. I should also mention that they honored their refund agreement. Just keep in mind that if your experience mirrors mine, you may need to cover the return postage, but that’s a reasonable cost for a month-long trial. If you’re considering a vagus nerve stimulation device, I highly recommend this option.
