Regret not checking reviews before ordering.

I regret not checking reviews prior to placing my order. It was stated that dispatch would take 2-5 business days. However, three days later, I received an email indicating a delay and that they ‘hope’ it will be sent in another two days. Essentially, it will be almost a week after ordering before it’s even shipped. Had I known it would take this long, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. It’s disappointing. This was my first experience, and it’s likely to be my last. It’s unfortunate for such a large company.

Frustrating Experience with Customer Service

Similar to many other reviews, the 'toll-free' number is actually an international one, which incurs charges on mobile phones. The online chat claims to connect you with a representative, but it never happens. I have sent multiple emails without receiving any response. I am attempting to return a holiday gift and am concerned that the return period will expire before I can resolve this issue. Overall, very disappointing service.

Damaged package and no support available

The package arrived damaged, and there was no return label included. The link to download a label is not working, and I have received no responses through live chat, web forms, emails, or even social media. I've attempted to contact support over 20 times, but there seems to be no option to return the products. The customer service is non-existent. I regret not checking reviews before making a purchase from this company, which seems to lack basic values and ethics.

Extremely poor customer service experience

The connection with customer service is absolutely terrible. They estimated delivery within 3-5 business days, but I've been waiting for 20 business days with no updates. I called customer service and was on hold for 50 minutes, only to have the call drop. This is very disappointing for a well-known brand. Even other platforms offer better service. I will never recommend this company and will not be shopping there again, nor will my family. This service is unacceptable!

Terrible experience with delivery and customer support

I have yet to receive my parcel or any response from the customer support team, which is unacceptable! I placed my order on 29 November, and the package remains stuck in the Netherlands. The only update I've received makes me question whether I'll ever receive it.

Unacceptable customer service

The customer service is unacceptable. I can't cancel my order and haven't received any updates at all. The parcel was supposed to arrive within a week, but the representative informed me of a delay. It would have been helpful to be notified about this before making the purchase. I will not use this service again! I wish I had known to check here first!

Completely unacceptable customer support

Completely unacceptable customer support. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I filed a complaint and have a case number that I forwarded to the support team. Their lack of response is unbelievable. These are Christmas gifts that are now missing, and I've requested a resend... Nothing.

I purchased boots as a gift...

I purchased boots as a gift from their website; they took my money, and a week later, I received an email stating my items were returned to the warehouse with no explanation. I never received them to return. I won't shop here again, especially since it was for Christmas. Terrible service.
